# 어떤 구매가 수익으로 인정되나요?

쉐어링크 클릭 후 24시간, 마지막 클릭, 다른 상품과 재구매의 수익 인정 기준을 설명해 드려요.

구매자가 내 쉐어링크를 클릭한 뒤 **24시간 안에 결제**하면 수익 인정 대상이 될 수 있어요.

### 24시간은 언제부터 계산하나요? <a href="#earnings-rules-section-2" id="earnings-rules-section-2"></a>

* **시작점:** 링크를 발급하거나 게시한 때가 아니라 **구매자가 클릭한 때부터** 계산해요.
* **예시:** 오늘 오후 2시에 내 링크를 클릭하고 다음 날 오후 1시에 결제하면 24시간 조건을 충족해요.
* **함께 확인:** 그 사이 다른 크리에이터의 링크를 클릭했다면 아래 마지막 클릭 기준도 함께 적용돼요.

### 직접 구매와 간접 구매 <a href="#earnings-rules-section-3" id="earnings-rules-section-3"></a>

| **직접** | 내가 공유한 링크의 상품이 구매된 경우예요.             |
| **간접** | 내 링크를 클릭한 뒤 24시간 안에 다른 상품이 구매된 경우예요. |

직접 구매와 간접 구매 모두 수익 인정 조건을 충족하면 실적으로 집계돼요.

### 여러 링크를 클릭한 경우 <a href="#earnings-rules-section-4" id="earnings-rules-section-4"></a>

구매자가 여러 크리에이터의 링크를 클릭했다면 결제 시점에 **가장 마지막으로 클릭한 링크**에 실적이 반영돼요. 이를 마지막 클릭 방식이라고 해요.

### 같은 상품을 다시 구매한 경우 <a href="#earnings-rules-section-5" id="earnings-rules-section-5"></a>

동일한 구매자가 동일한 상품을 다른 날 다시 구매해도, **각 구매 시점마다** 쉐어링크 클릭 후 24시간 이내 결제 조건을 충족하면 구매 건별로 수익금이 집계돼요.

### 수익으로 인정되지 않는 경우 <a href="#earnings-rules-section-6" id="earnings-rules-section-6"></a>

* 본인이 자신의 링크로 구매한 경우
* 구매가 취소되거나 환불된 경우
* 운영 정책상 비정상 거래로 판단된 경우
* 링크나 구매 상품에 적용된 제한 정책에 따라 수익 인정이 제외되는 경우
* 토스쇼핑 셀러가 본인이 운영하는 상점의 상품으로 활동한 경우

#### 활동 제한 상품 <a href="#earnings-rules-section-7" id="earnings-rules-section-7"></a>

* **발급·수익화 제한:** 토스 내부 정책이나 셀러 요청에 따라 일부 상품은 쉐어링크 발급 또는 수익화가 제한될 수 있어요.
* **직접·간접 수익 제외:** 클릭한 링크와 구매한 상품의 수익화 상태·제한 정책에 따라 직접·간접 수익이 제외될 수 있어요.

이미 발급된 링크도 이후 수익화가 중지될 수 있어요. **PC 링크 → 링크 관리**에서 해당 링크의 상태와 안내를 확인해 주세요.

**제한된 상품의 링크를 거쳐 다른 상품을 샀다고 해서 반드시 수익이 생기는 것은 아니에요.** 수익화가 중지된 링크의 간접 구매도 제외될 수 있어요.

### 예상 수익금 확인하기 <a href="#earnings-rules-section-8" id="earnings-rules-section-8"></a>

예상 수익금은 실 결제금액에 적용 수수료율을 곱해 계산해요. 취소·환불이 발생하면 금액이 줄어들 수 있어요.

구매확정 후에는 [정산 내역](/income/settlement-guide/settlement-history.md)에서 확정 수익금을 확인해요. **구매확정 이후에도 취소·환불 조정이 정산 금액에 반영될 수 있어요.**
